REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for digital products and membership plans purchased from digital-level (digital-level.store), operated by digital-level Ltd.
All products sold by digital-level are digital only: Notion templates, Google Sheets templates, Excel workbooks, calculators and printable PDF planners. They are delivered electronically by email immediately after purchase. There is no physical shipping and no physical return process.
2. Membership Plans
digital-level offers four membership plans:
- Basic – 1 month of access – $12.99
- Pro – 3 months of access – $23.99
- Expert – 6 months of access – $42.99
- Master – 12 months of access – $65.99
When you purchase a plan, you receive instant access to the templates included in that plan. Files you duplicate or download during your plan remain yours to use under our Terms of Service after the plan ends.
3. Digital Goods
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned" once accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the digital content. Where local consumer law gives you a right to cancel a distance purchase, you agree that this right ends once delivery of the digital content has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
4. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase in the following situations:
- You were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to your templates and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
- A template does not work as described, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
Refunds are not granted for change of mind after files have been duplicated or downloaded, for incompatibility with apps other than Notion, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or a PDF reader, or where sharing or resale of our files has been detected.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Once a refund is issued, access to the plan is closed.
5. Plan Renewal and Cancellation
If your plan is set to renew automatically, you can cancel at any time before the next renewal date. You keep access until the end of your current plan period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email riadbvabo@outlook.fr within 7 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A short description of the issue (screenshots help)
We reply within 3 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you open a payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend access to your plan while the dispute is reviewed. Please write to us first; most issues are solved quickly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Purchases are governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase.
