TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of digital-level.store and any purchase you make from digital-level Ltd ("digital-level", "we", "us"). By using our store or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details secure. You may not share, transfer or sell your account or membership.
2. Our Products
digital-level sells digital products only: Notion templates, Google Sheets templates, Excel workbooks, calculators and printable PDF planners. Previews on our website are illustrations; the final files may look slightly different depending on your device and app version. Templates are designed for Notion, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and standard PDF readers. It is your responsibility to check that you have a compatible app before purchasing.
3. Membership Plans
- Basic – 1 month of access – $12.99
- Pro – 3 months of access – $23.99
- Expert – 6 months of access – $42.99
- Master – 12 months of access – $65.99
Each plan gives access to the templates and benefits described on our website at the time of purchase, for the length of the plan. New releases and member benefits (custom template requests, priority support) are available only while your plan is active.
4. Orders, Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, but you pay the price shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid for a cancelled order. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Access is delivered instantly by email after payment. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. License to Use Our Templates
When you buy a plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to duplicate, download, edit and use our templates for your own personal use or the internal use of your own business.
Master plan members also receive a commercial use license, which allows them to use the templates to deliver work for their own clients.
Under all plans, you may NOT:
- resell, share, give away, sublicense or publish our files or access links, in original or modified form;
- upload our templates to marketplaces, template galleries or file-sharing sites;
- present our templates as your own products;
- share your membership with other people.
Breaking this license ends your right to use the files and may lead to termination of your access without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, text, graphics and branding on digital-level.store belong to digital-level Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Notion, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are trademarks of their respective owners; digital-level is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
8. No Professional Advice
Our budget, loan, investment, payroll and business templates are organization and estimation tools only. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for checking your results and should consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose; infringe our or others' rights; upload malicious code; scrape or copy our store with bots or automated tools; bypass our security; or harass anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
Our store runs on Shopify, and our products open in third-party apps. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. Purchases are made with digital-level Ltd, not with Shopify.
11. Disclaimer
Except as stated in our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, our products and store are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the store will always be available or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, digital-level Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of our store or products, including any calculation results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify digital-level Ltd against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections on licensing restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and indemnification continue to apply after termination.
15. Disputes and Applicable Law
If you have a problem, please contact us first at riadbvabo@outlook.fr; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where digital-level Ltd is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own country.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and us. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our written consent.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the new Terms.
